Cardamom Oil Origin and Extraction

Cardamom Oil is derived from the seeds of the cardamom perennial herb that is native to India and Sri Lanka.  Cardamom belongs to the same plant family as ginger.

Cardimon Oil Contra Indications

Overdosing on cardamom oil can produce diarrhea and irritation of the bowel. Pregnant women and nursing mothers are advised to avoid cardamom oil.
